We are seeking a Professional Services Engineer to complement our team. We are a highly-experienced group of creators, technologists, digital artists, thinkers, writers, and dreamers that collectively transform digital canvases with our Cnario platform. We are seeking a self-motivated, technically oriented, customer facing professional to provide Pre and Post Sales services and technical account management to our global fortune 500 customers and integration partners. Potential candidates must be willing and able to work independently and take on leadership roles and responsibilities to insure the successful implementation of our software solutions within our customers’ ecosystems.
Minimum of 3 years of Professional Services/Support Engineer experience as described above.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar fields.
Previous experience / knowledge in Audio-Visual applications and digital media preferred.
Previous experience with client-facing activities. Flexibility to travel up to 25%
Excellent verbal and written communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated leadership, creativity, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to partner with team members ranging from sales, engineering, product, marketing, support, customer success, and operations
Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment where priorities are constantly changing
